Yes, everything. Our teams carry eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets. If you'd rather we use a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out with a note.

Every team member is background-checked, trained on our standards, and works in teams. We're a family-owned Austin company - the people cleaning your home clean our neighbors' homes too.

We love them. Our products are pet-safe, and you can tell us in the quiz that pets are home so the team plans for fur, litter areas, and door awareness. If your pet is nervous around visitors, a closed room or crate works great.

Life happens - reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your clean from your account. Inside 24 hours, a late-cancellation fee may apply since your team has already been scheduled.

A card holds your booking, and you're charged after the clean is done. Recurring plans bill the same way after each visit.

Yes - our per-visit rates drop as visits get more frequent: weekly costs the least per visit, then biweekly, then monthly. Booking online also waives the first-visit setup fee on recurring plans. Most of our customers land on biweekly.
